We adhere to the principles of prevention and interception by identifying potential problems and making recommendations to limit their extent. This would include early prevention of dental caries (cavities), diagnosis of harmful habits (such as thumb sucking, evaluation of growth and development, recommendations to minimize oral injury and early orthodontic assessment. High Standards
McElroy Pediatric Dentistry is proud to have dentists who are Board Certified with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. All cleanings (prophylaxis) and related procedures are performed by licensed dental hygienists.
Our office recognizes and enforces high standard sterilization procedures. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Be assured that every effort is made to create a clean and safe environment for your child's dental care.
